Husbands and wives who are applying as students must complete separate forms.

If you are applying on‐line or via e‐mail you can send a photo in a separate e‐mail
and sign the forms once you arrive. Please note that a negative answer to some questions does not necessarily disqualify your application.

I hereby release Orama Christian Trust, its staff, agents and volunteer assistants from any liability whatsoever arising out of any injury, damage or loss sustained by said persons during the course of involvement with the InFlame School of Prophetic Worship.
